Meeting sales KPIs i.e. achieving MTD & YTD targets, rate revision, new acquisition, market sizing & prospecting and making minimum 100 calls per day.
Establishing contacts with all existing customers of assigned territory and proactively cross-selling and up-selling products or services.
Understanding and identifying client needs and matching products and services accordingly. Assisting customers with their enquiries and resolving complaints.
Entering and updating customer information in the database.
Keeping records of calls and note down useful information.
Collaborating and supporting sales team to ensure that team goals are met.
Executing duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required Skills
