Key Job Responnsibilities:
Supervises all E.Com operations activities of assigned area and day-to-day operations.
Ensures proper processing and delivery of VAS shipments, Hazir Time Choice (HTC) shipment, E-Retail (Cash on Delivery) shipment, Yayvo and Sentiments shipment (other than KLIR and events).
Communicates clear instructions, SOPs and policies to team members.
Bifurcates prompt deliverable and non-deliverable shipments/orders to Operations in order to re-attempt shipment and for Pending Desk to take corrective measures.
Clears undelivered perishable/non-perishable SubKuch products timely.
Supervises team, provides required trainings and develops strategies for teams success.
Creates reports to update the company on Area & team's progress and shares with the appropriate personnel.Required Skills
