Job Description

  1. Create and analyze reports to monitor innovation projects like Delivery, Pickup etc. through Handheld Devices (HHD).
  2. Create presentations for project performances.
  3. Assist in testing new applications designed by Innovation team.
  4. Maintain follow-up with IT, vendors, business users etc. on issues, new requirements and ongoing projects received from business.
  5. Assist in preparing BRDs (Business Requirement Document), NIRs (New Initiative Request) and CRF(Change Request Form) for projects initiated by innovation team.
  6. Undertake project management and reporting as needed.
  7. Undertake research related work and participate in training.
  8. Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
