• Ensures visits to target customers in order to explore and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
• Ensures efficient disbursement and achievement of sales targets.
• Develops and manages marketing campaigns as per latest trends and business needs.
• Ensures efficient complaint resolution and identifies areas of improvement.
• Conducts routine visits of express centers, ensures their desired outlook and smooth operation while managing efficient deposit of all payments.
• Ensures relevant trainings and development of express center staff.
• Ensures efficient coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidate must have at least 03 years of association with TCS.
