Job Description

  • Must have good awareness of ISO 9001:2008 standards
  • Preparation and Up gradation of departmental SOPs, Work Instructions, standards, formats by smart working and avoiding duplication of record in a simplified form
  • Must have knowledge of documentation and data control
  • Preparing & maintaining Quality Management System documents
  • Working on root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions related to quality management systems
  • Coordinating with departments for resolving their issues related to QMS
  • Conduct follow-ups of the additional controls in the respective departments
  • Preparing documentation & facilities for Customers Quality Audits
  • Carrying out other activities as required maintaining, improving and ensuring the viability of the Quality Management System
  • Conducting Internal Quality Audits for sustaining & improving Quality Systems
  • Must be results-oriented and a self-starter
  • Must have good written and oral communication skill
  • Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors & peers
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
