Job Description

This position will be responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize revenue and customer base by selling products or solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops an in-depth understanding of TCS core products and utilizes it to successfully sell it to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
  • Creates a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales budget and supports Company revenue and profit targets.
  • Builds long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Maintains consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers real-time needs.
  • Works effectively with internal support departments (Operations, IT, Finance and others) to provide efficient service to customers.
  • Prepares sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner and reviews the monthly dashboard to point out the grey areas.
