Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure procedures are in place covering all major operations and tasks.
  • Design, develop and implement Management System that fulfills all pharmaceutical good practices, customer related requirements and regulatory requirements for the site.
  • Interprets and implements customer requirements, and customer defined quality assurance standards to warehouse staff.
  • Identify any amendment in existing guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure training for all required staff on the identified training needs.
  • Review operational procedures, safety & security guidelines and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Review customer complaints and resolve them with in the defined timelines.
  • Identify health and safety hazards, and evaluate the risks presented within the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance to all applicable HSSE requirements and regulations.
  • Conduct accident investigation as per the defined guidelines and report to the line manager.
